about

I am releasing this track in the hopes of raising enough money to record and distribute my next EP. All money made from these sales will go directly into the new EP.

I feel like this song is the best song I've written so far, and I have done as a good a job as I can with recording it. I am offering it here to give a taste of what is to come on the new EP.

Any support is appreciated, even if all you do is share this music with your friends and family.

I hope you enjoy the tale.

lyrics

I was fading away
I knew that something was astray
I watched the girl walk up to me
Familiar as my gun, I'm done

Well, where the hell have you been?
Honey, I am sorry. I was hung

Her hair once black, now is gold
Her eyes still shine just like old
I waited for a little while
I had to carry on, you didn't come

A pile of stones that mark your grave
A ribbon from my hair, I sung

But that was then and this is now
Can you stay a little while
I'm a man and you're a child
This time of ours does not allow

Now I've found you I won't leave
I won't let you go again
This is now, but that was then
I'll always love you - don't you see?
